Conclusion

Overall Service:


Based on the research that I found, the overall service was not that good. As we can see that there are only 3 respondents rated Good for their service. Besides, 14 respondents rated Average on it and 3 respondents rated Poor. Hence, the staff in Sushi King should try to improve their performance in promoting new products and take prompt action when customers request so that they do not need to wait for so long.
