About Sushi King:
Sushi King is pioneering a new era of Japanese cuisine in Malaysia and its first opened was in 1995. Besides that, with their quick service restaurant concept for every outlet is using 'Kaiten Sushi' or 'Revolving Sushi'. Sushi King is a friendly and comfortable environment, as well as affordable prices in other Japanese cuisine, the menu offers a variety of sushi which makes them quickly gained popularity and become loved by locals and foreign tourists. In addition, Sushi King has grown to encompass over 70 restaurants nationwide, distinguishing themselves as the world largest sushi chain of restaurants.
Purpose of Research:
I would like to investigate the customer satisfaction of Sushi King at KL Festival City by using questionnaire method to conduct such survey. 20 respondents has been involved in the this investigation which included 3 aspects such as environment, courtesy of staff, and staff service performance. In order to carry out the accuracy research, I will show the pie chart in my next update. The following is the example of questionnaire that given to customers for the purpose of identifying their satisfaction towards Sushi King:
